Portfolio Rankings
Portfolio Rankings shows aggregated ranking data across all your projects, helping you understand your overall search visibility at a glance.
Accessing Portfolio Rankings
Click Rank Tracker in the sidebar, then select the Portfolio Rankings tab.
What You See
Ranking Summary
At the top, stat boxes provide a quick snapshot of your keyword distribution:
- Top 1 — Keywords ranking in position 1
- Top 3 — Keywords in positions 1–3, which capture the majority of clicks
- Top 10 — Keywords on the first page of results
- Top 100 — Total keywords ranking anywhere in the top 100
- Average Position — Your mean ranking across all tracked keywords
Each stat box is interactive — click any stat to filter the keyword table to that position range. The change indicator shows movement compared to your selected comparison period (e.g., last 7 days, 30 days). Small fluctuations (±5%) are normal and reflect the natural volatility of search rankings.
Keywords Table
Below the stats, the full keyword table lists every tracked keyword across all projects with comparison columns showing position changes. Use the table to sort, filter, and drill into individual keywords.
Interpreting Changes Over Time
Use the Compare to dropdown in the header to change your comparison period. Improving stats mean more keywords shifting into higher position ranges — for example, your Top 10 count increasing over 30 days. This signals that your SEO efforts are working.
If you see counts declining, investigate whether recent content changes, technical issues, or algorithm updates may be the cause.
