How to Contact Support
Live Chat (Fastest)
Click "Get support" in the app sidebar to open a live chat window. This is the quickest way to get help. If you can't access the app, use email instead.

Help us help you faster by including:
- Description of the problem.
- Steps to reproduce the issue.
- Screenshots (if applicable).
- Browser and device info (e.g., "Chrome on Mac").
- Error messages (if any).
Response Times
- General inquiries (plan questions, feature requests, how-to questions) — Within 24 hours
- Technical issues (bugs, errors, integration problems) — Within 48 hours
- Urgent account issues (can't log in, billing problems, data access) — Prioritized for faster response
