  3. Refresh the page and clear your browser cache.

How to Contact Support

Live Chat (Fastest)

Click "Get support" in the app sidebar to open a live chat window. This is the quickest way to get help. If you can't access the app, use email instead.

What to Include

Help us help you faster by including:

  1. Description of the problem.
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue.
  3. Screenshots (if applicable).
  4. Browser and device info (e.g., "Chrome on Mac").
  5. Error messages (if any).

Response Times

  • General inquiries (plan questions, feature requests, how-to questions) — Within 24 hours
  • Technical issues (bugs, errors, integration problems) — Within 48 hours
  • Urgent account issues (can't log in, billing problems, data access) — Prioritized for faster response

Paid subscribers receive priority support.
