Update your profile, view subscription details, and manage app preferences.

Accessing Your Account Settings

  1. Go to Settings > Account.
  2. View your email, subscription, and app preferences.

What You Can Manage

Subscription Information

  • Current Plan — View your active plan and features.
  • Renewal Date — See when your next billing occurs.
  • Billing Portal — (Admin only) Access Stripe to update payment methods or download invoices.

Rank Tracker Credits

(Visible if you have Rank Tracker enabled)

  • Remaining Credits — How many keyword checks you have left.
  • Refresh Period — Daily or Monthly (Admin only).
  • Next Refresh — When credits reset.

App Settings

  • Timezone — (Admin only) Controls how dates and times are displayed throughout the app, including ranking history timestamps and credit refresh times. Set this to your local timezone so that daily ranking data aligns with your business day.

Password & Email

Resetting Your Password

  1. Go to the login page.
  2. Click "Forgot Password".
  3. Enter your email to receive a reset link.

Changing Your Email

Email changes require support assistance for security reasons. Contact support@contentraptor.com to update your email address.

  • Use a strong, unique password (not reused from other sites).
  • Log out on shared computers.
  • Use a password manager (1Password, Bitwarden, etc.).

Common Questions

Can I change my timezone?

Yes, if you are an admin. Go to Settings > Account and click "Update" next to Timezone.

Is my data secure?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Google Search Console access is read-only — Content Raptor never modifies your GSC account. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms and are never stored in plain text.
