Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time.
How to Change Your Plan
- Go to Settings > Account.
- Click "Manage Billing" (opens Stripe portal).
- Select "Update Plan" or "Cancel Subscription".
- Follow the prompts to confirm.
Upgrading Your Plan
When It Takes Effect
Immediately. You will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle.
What Happens
- New features unlock instantly.
- Access to Rank Tracking (if included in the new plan).
- Your next full billing cycle starts on your original renewal date.
Downgrading Your Plan
When It Takes Effect
At the end of your current billing period.
What Happens
- You keep full access until the renewal date.
- On renewal, the new (lower) plan takes effect.
- Some features may become restricted (e.g., Rank Tracking).
- Your data is safe. Projects and content remain accessible.
Canceling Your Subscription
How to Cancel
- Go to Settings > Account.
- Click "Manage Billing".
- Select "Cancel Subscription".
What Happens
- You retain access until the end of your current billing period.
- After that, your account reverts to a free/limited plan (if available).
- Your data remains, but some features may be restricted.
Common Questions
Will I get a refund if I downgrade?
No refunds are issued, but you receive a credit applied to your next billing cycle.
Can I switch back?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or switch plans anytime.
What if my payment fails during an upgrade?
You will be notified via email. Update your payment method in the Billing Portal to complete the upgrade.
