Understanding Your Dashboard

Posted November 20, 2025Updated November 21, 2025By Zak Kann

Your dashboard is designed to answer one question: "What should I do next?"

The Hero Card (Your Top Priority)

The large card at the top of the dashboard intelligently changes based on your status:

  1. "Connect GSC": If you haven't connected your data yet, this is your only task.
  2. "Continue Optimizing": If you have a draft in progress, we prompt you to finish it first.
  3. "Start Optimizing": If you are free, we show you your #1 highest-potential keyword opportunity.

The Opportunities Table

Below the hero card is a list of "More Pages You Can Optimize". This table is sorted by Potential Traffic Gain.

  • Page Url: The specific page on your site.
  • Keywords: How many high-potential keywords this page ranks for.
  • Action: Click "Optimize" to start the wizard for that page.

Navigation Menu

  • Dashboard: Home base.
  • Keyword Opportunities: Detailed list of specific keywords to target.
  • Page Opportunities: Grouped view of opportunities by URL.
  • Rank Tracker: Monitor your progress over time.
  • Optimizer Tasks: Kanban board of your active and completed work.

Common Questions

Why is my dashboard empty?

  • You might need to connect Google Search Console.
  • Your site might be new and not ranking for any keywords in the 11-50 range yet. Content Raptor focuses on improving existing rankings.

Can I dismiss the Hero Card?

No, the Hero Card is dynamic. It will automatically update when you complete the suggested action (e.g., finish your draft).
