General Questions

What is Content Raptor?

An SEO tool that helps you optimize content and track rankings. It uses your Google Search Console data to find "Quick Win" keywords and guides you through creating better content.

Do I need SEO experience?

No. Content Raptor is designed for beginners and experts. We guide you step-by-step.

How is this different from other SEO tools?

We focus on:

  • Real data (your actual GSC rankings, not guesses).
  • Entities (concepts, not just keywords).
  • Step-by-step guidance (wizard + real-time feedback).

Content Optimization

What's the difference between Keyword and Page Opportunities?

  • Keyword Opportunities: Individual keywords ranked 11-50. Best for targeting specific terms.
  • Page Opportunities: Pages that rank for many keywords. Best for holistic updates.

How do I know if my content is good enough?

Your content is ready when:

  • Entity Score is green (in optimal range).
  • Word Count is 1500+.
  • Outline is complete.
  • You are happy with the quality.

Can I use this without WordPress?

Yes! WordPress export is optional. You can copy HTML and paste it into any CMS (Webflow, Shopify, Wix, etc.).

Rank Tracking

How accurate are the rankings?

Very accurate. Rankings are based on actual search results. However, they can vary slightly by location, device, and personalization.

How often should I check rankings?

  • Weekly: For important keywords.
  • Monthly: For all keywords.
  • After changes: After optimizing or updating content.

My rankings dropped. Should I panic?

No. Small fluctuations (±3 positions) are normal. If you drop significantly:

  1. Check for Google algorithm updates.
  2. Review recent site changes.
  3. Monitor for recovery over 2-4 weeks.
  4. Consider re-optimizing the page.

Integrations

Do I need Google Search Console?

Yes, for Content Optimization. GSC provides the keyword data we use to find opportunities. Without it, you can't see which keywords to target.

Can I connect multiple WordPress sites?

Yes! Connect as many as you want. When exporting, you choose which site to send content to.

I don't have Google Search Console set up. What do I do?

  1. Go to search.google.com/search-console.
  2. Add your website property.
  3. Verify ownership.
  4. Wait for data to appear (can take 2-3 days).
  5. Connect to Content Raptor.

Account & Billing

Can I cancel?

Yes. You retain access until the end of your billing period. Cancel anytime via Settings > Account > Manage Billing.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data is preserved. You can reactivate anytime to regain access.

Can I change my plan?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle.
